Lunarium Tier List & Build Rankings
Embroidery charms, Cloak presets, and skill tree paths ranked for Ave and Lune synergy.
Lunarium rewards players who plan ahead. Ave fights on the front line with parries, dodges, and Focus-driven skills, while Lune weakens enemies through Resonance without ever leaving your indirect control. Embroideries slot into Cloak presets as passive charms, skill trees unlock new sword techniques and Starfarer support, and the right combination can turn a punishing boss into a readable rhythm fight.
This hub collects every build ranking on lunarium.wiki. Rankings reflect demo and preview mechanics — Focus generation from Charged Attacks, Stellar Thrust consumption, Resonance Point loops, and Temple crafting — and will be updated after full release on July 29, 2026.
What belongs in a Lunarium build
A complete build has four layers that interact in combat:
- Embroideries — passive charms that modify damage, defense, Focus economy, or Resonance gain. See the Embroidery tier list for S through C rankings with reasoning.
- Cloak preset — appearance plus ability modifiers and Embroidery slots saved as one loadout. Compare combinations in Cloak builds.
- Ave skill tree — melee skills, Focus spenders, and defensive options. Lune has a separate tree covered in skill build recommendations.
- Combat habits — parry timing, dodge spacing, and when to spend Resonance. The combat parry and dodge guide and Resonance system guide explain the loop that makes high-tier Embroideries worth equipping.
New players should start with the early game build before experimenting. It prioritizes survivability, readable Focus gain, and low crafting cost at Temple benches.

How we rank Embroideries and Cloaks
Tier placements weigh consistency over peak damage. An Embroidery that only shines during a perfect parry streak belongs lower than one that helps every Charged Attack generate Focus. Demo feedback also highlighted Stellar Thrust as a Focus sink — builds that buff Focus generation or reduce waste rank higher until launch balance changes.
Cloak presets are ranked by how cleanly they support a playstyle: defensive parry routes, aggressive Focus spenders, and Resonance-heavy setups that feed Lune’s debuffs. Cross-reference the Embroidery guide for slot rules and crafting costs at the Temple.

Staying current after launch
Lunarium Game Studio has patched demo combat between community playtests — Focus rework, Stellar Thrust tuning, and UI localization are documented on Steam. When post-launch patches shift Embroidery values or skill costs, revisit the embroidery tier list first, then adjust Cloak presets and skill paths accordingly.
If a build feels weak, check whether the problem is gear or fundamentals. Many demo deaths come from unreadable enemy tells rather than wrong charms. Master spacing in the combat guide before chasing S-tier Embroideries you cannot craft yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Does Lunarium have a traditional DPS tier list?
Not exactly. Rankings here focus on Embroidery utility, Cloak preset synergy, and skill paths that work with Focus and Resonance. Raw damage matters, but consistency and Temple crafting cost weigh heavily in demo-based tiers.
Are these rankings based on the demo or full game?
Most rankings reflect demo and preview builds through July 2026, including Focus rework and Stellar Thrust changes. Full-release patches may shift tiers — check update notes on Steam after launch.
Where should I start as a new player?
Use the early game build page for a day-one loadout, then read the Embroidery tier list once you unlock Temple crafting. Pair that with the getting started and combat guides before hard bosses.
Do Cloaks change Ave's appearance only?
No. Cloaks grant ability effects and hold Embroidery slots, functioning as saveable presets. See Cloak builds for recommended combinations.
Does Lune have her own skill tree?
Yes. Lune unlocks support magic and Resonance skills separately from Ave. Skill builds covers recommended paths for both characters even though you only control Ave directly.
